Loveland High School senior Ellie Heiser has been named the 2023 Miss Loveland Valentine. She was selected during an annual luncheon hosted by the Thompson Valley Rotary Club and the Loveland Chamber of Commerce at the Rialto Theater Center in Loveland. As Miss Loveland Valentine, Heiser will carry on the many traditions of the position, including being present at local community events and meeting the Colorado governor and state lawmakers with gifts from the Sweetheart City.
