Thompson School District is pleased to announce that it has named Brandy Grieves as the Executive Director of Secondary Schools. She will fill the position that was vacated by Theo Robison, who has departed the district.

Since 2017, Ms. Grieves has served as the principal of Turner Middle School in Berthoud. Prior to that appointment, she worked as the principal of Groveport Madison Middle School North in Columbus, Ohio. Her career highlights also include service as a middle school language arts instructor, a high school English teacher and as a high school assistant principal.

“I am honored and grateful to serve as the Executive Director of Secondary Schools in Thompson School District,” Brandy Grieves said. “I am dedicated to continuing our work to foster academic excellence, strategic growth, and collaborative school cultures that embrace continuous improvement. My commitment is to ensure our students are prepared, supported and inspired to succeed in every step of their educational journey. I am excited to directly support our principals in leading secondary schools where innovation, equity, and student readiness remain at the heart of all we do.”

Ms. Grieves earned a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Spanish from Colorado State University and also holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University in Las Vegas.
